keynote Speakers

Bill Andrews, PhD

Dr. Andrews is an Ultra-Marathon runner

Bill Andrews, PhD, is the Founder and CEO of Sierra Sciences, a company focused exclusively on finding ways to extend human lifespan and health span. Bill can cure aging, and his track record shows it. Bill received his Ph.D. in Molecular & Population Genetics in 1981. Bill’s areas of research have included Dwarfism, Cancer, Cardiovascular Disease, Inflammation, Osteoporosis, Anemia, Multiple Sclerosis, Aging, and many others. Before founding Sierra Sciences Bill was a Medical Researcher at Armos Corporation, Codon Corporation, Berlex Biosciences, Geron Corporation, and EOS Biotech. Bill played key roles in the discoveries and inventions of Human Growth Hormone (hGH), Tissue Plasminogen Activator (tPA), Osteo-Inductive Factor (OIF), Thrombomodulin, Erythropoietin (EPO), Beta-Seron, Various Cancer Treatments (including Rytelo that recently received FDA approval), and Various Telomerase Inducers (gene therapies, pharmaceuticals, and nutraceuticals), and many more. In 1997 Bill was awarded 2nd Place as National Inventor of the Year in the U.S. for his cancer research.

Most who meet Kevin Pauza, MD, quickly recognize his pragmatic, common-sense approach—shaped by an unconventional upbringing on his family’s farm and an early start in neurosurgery research at Penn State College of Medicine at just 15. From the beginning, he questioned traditional spine surgeries, identifying fundamental flaws in fusions and discectomies that contradicted the principles of physics and natural healing—views later supported by global research. After graduating magna cum laude from Lehigh University and completing advanced training at institutions like Columbia University College of Physicians and Surgeons and the University of Pennsylvania, Dr. Pauza became a leading voice in interventional spine care, helping shape industry guidelines and organizations. His work treating world leaders and building the Texas Spine and Joint Hospital underscores his impact, but his greatest contribution lies in challenging outdated paradigms—advancing evidence-based regenerative solutions like fibrin-based therapies and pioneering the Discseel Procedure, a true shift in spine and longevity medicine.
